Client:

Single location, financial advisory franchise with aspirations to scale into multi-location agency.

Problem: 

No internal knowledge of CRM management or modern tech stacks. No creative production talent on staff. No email workflows or automations. Poor lead qualification process, appointment held-rates, and sales process. Paper-based operations. No way to scale.

Solution:

Complete migration to modern CRM for data clarity and lifecycle automations. Implementation of centralized file systems for all sales and marketing assets. Creation of new graphics, collateral, webinar content, seminar scripts, email marketing sequences with video content, and development of offshore appointment setters and technical production teams.

Results:
